Día de La Rioja Día de San Bernabé Lágrimas de San Lorenzo Every August, a meteor shower comes to Rioja which creates the most amazing and beautiful effect. It is often referred to as the Perseids meteor shower because the tail of meteorites almost all point to the constellation Perseus, but is generally known as Lágrimas de San Lorenzo as they celebrate the feast of San Lorenzo on August 10, when the phenomenon usually happens. |
